8th birthday cake for my Granddaughter, she was having a party at an indoor rock climbing facility and requested a ‘rock climbing cake’ at first I was not sure what I was going to make but I am very happy with the final result. Double 6inch square base caramel mud and raspberry swirl and 5 inch round caremal mud cake all with dark chocolate ganache
