Playing today with Claire Bowman’s Fantasy Flower lace mat and Wayne Stienkopf’s tutorial on this tool! The display is a 6 inch dummy cake for a size reference! I created the flower petals and leaves with the “Soft Gold” cake lace product, also by Claire Bowman. Using Wayne’s tutorial put me way ahead of the learning curve on this and the result was very gratifying! While this tool creates a brilliant drama effect for a larger cake, it also brings a lot to the table in a smaller cake as well!
