Snowflakes design is made using fondant discs, gumpaste snowflakes and the Cake Lace Crystal Mat.
I coloured my cake lace with pale teal and pale grey as well as using white.

The Cake tiers are hand-painted with streaks of teal and light blue mixed with alcohol.
The Snow is just piped royal icing
