Roseanne’s husband contacted me weeks ago to ask me to make a cake for his wife’s birthday, I was familiar with Betty Boop but when searching for inspiration I found it hard to find something that ticked all my boxes so I decided to wing it on my own. I kept the cake quite simple with Betty taking centre stage herself. I added in some wafer paper roses to give it a modern edge.
