This was a knitted themed cake for a 60th birthday. The lady loved to knit and members of her knitting club were coming along to the party too. I made a mould using silli putty of a cardigan belonging to my daughter. The wood effect cake board is hand done using a Dresden tool & blossom dust brushed on. Everything except the knitting needles and ribbon were edible.
