White Bouquet Cake

My ‘White Bouquet Cake’ was a chance for me to try out a few flowers that I had not made before: ranunculus, lisianthus and little umbellifers.

I chose a tall, square cake to, hopefully, be understated and elegant and to contrast with the curves of the flowers. I hope that you like it, I enjoyed making it.
