Hi!
When I had to make the cake for my nephew’s birthday, I asked her mother what were her interests at the moment, children change their mind so quickly!! :-) She answered that he loved skating and playing around with their dog, Argui. Sorry for the poor dog, but it couldn’t be any other way! :-)

It was a vanilla cake filled with red crystalized fruit and dark chocolate ganache.
