This cake is one of those cakes where everything that could have gone wrong, did, and you get about 3 hours sleep, but I guess all’s well that ends well. I only had a day’s notice on this cake and storms with a tornado warning came through last night… So, not what I really had planned on or wanted this cake to look like, but my nephew seemed to enjoy it so that’s what really matters I suppose. :-/
