I got a chance to make villain, she is Ursula from little mermaid.
funny thing is I have to make her cute so I decided to try her with bobblehead style.
I think she turn out cute instead of scary :)
and she is quite small since this is going to cupcake topper :)

I decided to painted a bit of her hair to show some gradation or 3D kinda thing,
not too flat :)

I hope you like it as I really enjoyed making her.
