I loved making this cake for a couple who had a Midsummer Night’s Dream themed reception. The base tier is fondant textured with a scouring pad and dusted up with colour, the moss is crushed digestive biscuit and green paste colour. I love digestive biscuits so had a hard time not eating the moss!!!!
