Moo cow birthday cake

Yesterday was my youngest daughter’s 2nd birthday and this was her cake – based on the design of her beloved pyjamas! She loved it so much that she kept kissing the cow, bless her! Loved making this cake – and her reaction when she saw it.

Top tier was sticky toffee cake with caramel and the bottom tier was lemon & white chocolate.
