This was a very interesting cake for me and a lot different from the kids cakes that I mostly do.
The cake was a surprise for a girl’s 16th birthday from her family. I was only requested the colour of the cake to be ivory and dark brown and it had to have birds and butterflies with flowers. So voila!

The bird was moulded by hand
