This is one of the earlier wedding cakes I did. I did it for a couple who were friends of a co-worker. I didn’t have time to deliver the cake myself so my friend picked it up, delivered it, assembled the cake stand, added the flowers and set it up all by herself. She is not a cake decorator but I think she did an outstanding job. I don’t know if I’d have been as brave if I was in her shoes!
