This massive map of Australia birthday cake was made for a 60th birthday bash. The cake caters for a whopping 150 party / 300 coffee sized portions and was so heavy that I couldn’t lift it on my own!

The birthday boy is depicted on the cake hugging his beloved green lawn mower. His daughter (who ordered the cake) said that he had to have an over-sized nose, chicken legs, short shorts, a flannel shirt and a white mustache with white hair – lol – I love my job!

This cake needed to have the Australian flag, a koala, a kangaroo, a camper-van with a jeep, a freight iron ore train and a black swan to represent Perth (along with the birthday boy who loves his green lawn mower)
