This cake depicts a big brother of 7 holding hands with his soon to arrive little brother. I hand cut the silhouettes to have them hand in hand. The border is hand painted with a few flowers as an accent.
It is for a good friend and as such an opportunity to trial a new flavour – raspberry sponge with lemon meringue buttercream and raspberry drizzle sauce.
