What is it about 4 year old boys and superheroes?! Another version of my very popular two tier superhero cake. A 7" chocolate square was airbrushed with a sunset and finished with an urban cityscape made with individually hand cut sugarpaste skyscrapers. It was topped with a 5" vanilla cube decorated to look like an apartment block, complete with a cat in one of the windows and a fire escape running from the roof. The superheroes were sculpted from sugarpaste too so this cake was 100% edible. Happy Birthday Olli!
