This was my entry for Cake International London 2015 – Wedding cake category. The butterflies are individually cut, airbrushed & hand painted. There were over 23 butterflies on the cake – both the back & front of each butterfly was painstakingly decorated. I have gone off butterflies for a bit now! ;-) I am pleased to say I was awarded a Gold for my efforts though so was absolutely thrilled!
