This year we acknowledge the 100 year anniversary of our Anzac’s. I was asked to participate in a cake collaboration, along with 28 other cake makers and artists, to honour or Anzac’s. This is my creation. It features the san of Gallipoli, the iconic poppies, the Australian flag and the slouch hat the soldiers wore. I also include the badge that is still worn with much pride today.
The cake is hand carved from chocolate mud cake and is 100% edible:)
I feel very proud and honoured to be apart of this collaboration.
