I love having fun with my creations so what perfect time to do that but at Easter. Every year I buy a new pair of bunny ears for our family Easter Sunday dinner. It got me thinking about everyone else who puts on the furry ears. So the idea for these cute cupcakes was born with different characters wearing bunny ear head bands (including a pink speckled egg) who all just want to be the Easter rabbit. Of course I had to include my favourites – Lego dudes and a minion. Each of the characters are sitting on Belgian chocolate eggs and Red Velvet cake with cream cheese and vanilla frosting.
