Last year I was asked to create a Formula One cake for the wife of a friend. He was taking her to Dubai for the racing as she is a massive fan. This year he is taking her to see Floyd Mayweather v Manny Pacquiao in Las Vegas so the theme had to be Viva Las Vegas. I loved the way this cake evolved as I went along with only the Billboard as a specific to be included. The cake was Death by Chocolate, her absolute favourite and all the detailing is edible.
