made this 5feet chocolate cake and over 100 cupcakes for launch of italian hosiery brand BELLAFONTE in india. this is the biggest cake i have made in my 8months of baking journey! also my first cake which is not a round. completing this cake wouldn’t have been possible without my mama who not only helped me design the cake but also used his creative mind to fit this giant in a swift desire and help me get the cake down from 6th floor to ground floor by stairs, then my mami who rushed down to my place to help me complete the letters on time,my mom dad who covered the cake board in fondant and did all the ribbon work on the cake. as a cake decorator i am not that proud with this cake when it comes to finishing,it could have been so much more better. but as a daughter it has been such a proud and emotional moment for me because my family has finally started seeing my talent,started supporting my baking journey instead of coercing me to complete my IT degree. hope u guys liked it
