This has to be the most nerve racking cake I ever made..
No, not because of the height and delicate structure and definitely not because of complexity and number of hours involved..
But because my son who’s the client and my biggest critic was following up with the progress at every step..
Client wanted a cake with superheroes and since few months I was toying around with the idea of cake taller then him..
And here is the result of collaboration – a 4 feet tall cake and an immensely satisfied client.
