I was once again lucky enough to make a birthday cake for an absolutely amazing friend. This one was a complete surprise to her! We gave her a necklace with a turquoise stone which was draped over the jewelry box that I wish I had gotten a picture of…it was sooo pretty! This was my first try at making a gluten free cake and seemed to go over well; it was lemon blueberry with Swiss meringue buttercream filling covered in white chocolate vanilla bean ganache and marshmallow fondant. It is all completely edible!
