I was really worried about damaging this cake during delivery as the wedding venue was at the bottom of a really steep windy hill in the beautiful village of St Margarets. Fortunately all my worries were unfounded and the cake arrived in tact without a single blossom damaged. There is another branch of cherry blossom winding round the back of the cake too
