I recently made this cake for my son’s 30th birthday. The cakes were vanilla bean and chocolate fudge, filled with a Jameson laced ganache and iced with Bailey’s buttercream. The beer bottles are made from isomalt…my first time using it…I like….will definitely by trying that again.
