So, it’s just a “6 1/2” cake…a gal from church asked me to make her wedding cake…and she told me at first she was going to make her own…then saw the cakes I made…
She mentioned a couple of designs…white is her choice, vanilla and she will put real flowers on top…she mentioned she was on a budget…and I thought…she should have her own tasting and then let me know the final decor she would like…
I forgot to mention that I just decided to try my hand at a “wedding cake” design…
So the next 2 cakes will also be what she will get to taste…and make her final decisions…
Used tip 21 with buttercream frosting on an organic country vanilla cake with dk chocolate ganache…I made hydrangeas from the new Marvelous Molds (they are great!) and white blossoms (Wilton Class Kit 2)…with white sugar pearls and white pearl dust…
