This cake I made almost 2 years back, but thought of sharing with you all for a special reason that, it’s completely covered with fresh whipped cream and not fondant!
This was for a die-hard Harry Potter fan girl and customer wanted very less fondant, so it’s all whipped cream and only toppers in fondant. That time I wasn’t possessing any airbrush kit so tried real hard to give it an old book finish by hand..hence this is very close to my heart! :)
