This cake I had to make for my hairdresser so I had to make something beautiful!
The cake is a 1 two tiered wedding cake with double chocolate and vanillia sponge filled with chocolate ganache.
I used Massa Ticino Fondant (super!), Cake Lace: Sweetlace mat.
The waferpaper sequins are handmade with pearl dust. The peony has about 50 wired leaves and 25 glued ones… The leaves are from templates of Alan Dunn’s book Ultimate collection of cake decorating.
