Frozen is still as popular as ever and my most requested children’s cake. This Olaf birthday cake design is a bit different to our normal frozen designed cake, it features Olaf in the snow on top the cake, with a snowy landscape around the sides of the cake, in the distance is the ice palace and the white trees are brush embroidered onto the cake. Snowflakes on wires pushed into a posy pic finish the frozen look.

The cake is a moist vanilla sponge layered with a milk chocolate ganache.
