This is Rambert, the piece I made for the Chinese New Year collaboration that went live yesterday. It’s the Year of the Sheep/Goat.
The cake is peanut butter with a peanut butter filling, iced in chocolate ganache for flavor and support, and then covered in marshmallow fondant. Hand carved over a Cake Frame support system. Wafer paper quilling filigree art on the horns and beard, as well as the flower.
