Loved making this pretty little cake for Georgie’s first birthday.
Absolutley amazed that I managed to get it out as I had just got home from hospital having had to stay longer than expected after surgery. This was made 24 hrs after I was home then just 24 hrs later again I collapsed and was rushed back in for more emergency surgery.
Thank goodness I was able to get this one done before I became ill!
Hope you like it. It’s a special one for me because I am still unable to bake whilst I recover so this is the last cake out of my kitchen for some while….
