I made this for a lovely young girl who is going off on her travels for 6 months. It is a chocolate fudge cake with white and milk chocolate filling. Coated in milk chocolate ganache. The girl and sign post are made from icing and the map is made from rice paper painted with edible paints. I really enjoyed making this cake.
