I made this for my beautiful little ballerina – she actually drew me a sketch of what she wanted – although I wasn’t able to include everything and did make a few changes. Oh my goodness those ruffles took forever!! I used Carlos Lischetti’s ballerina tutorial and face mould (I’ve never used a face mould before). I also found Anne Heaps fondant figures craftsy class really helpful. My baby loved this cake and I hope you do to :-D xx
