Loved making this wedding cake as it is the tallest cake I have made 15 kgs, Pearl and gold Wedding cake, 28 inches tall. Did some serious cake engineering and was terrified initially but then extremely satisfied with the result. Marvelous molds heped me ease the stress making the designs and speeded up the process.Happy !
