…so not quite the way I saw it…grew as I decorated it…I saw these clouds on another site (it’s close…not as cloud-looking as I would have liked it to be).

My 1st tiered cake…I went to a class this morning and the instructor didn’t tell me the class was cancelled. So, I drove home and decided…I’ll try this on my own…

…my 1st 10.5" cake, too…it almost killed me :(

Created the briar roses a week before and the clouds, too…used food coloring to paint the fondant. I used the torta-method to ganache my cake…worked perfect :)
