Here is a cake we made a couple of years ago with Sponge Bob as cake star. This was for Nil’s first communion. He wanted something much more funny than the traditional creamy cake. And we made this, placing Sponge Bobs everywhere… over fondant. No paint. No sugar sheets. Something different… And around them we used pearlised paint applied with airbrush.
