I was asked to make a gold top hat for a former Tiller Girl on her 80th Birthday, She was having a surprise party and had no idea, The family had gone to extraordinary lengths for her, like hiring a theater as the venue.
The hat was based on a hat that she used to wear whilst dancing and one of her nicknames was “HAT”
The cake sits on a 14" board and was big!
