Of all of the cakes I’ve made.. this is the one that I am most satisfied with. I’m a perfectionist and all so the fact that this isn’t “perfect” and doesn’t bother me is amazing. For my grandmothers 80th birthday I made her this cake. It is her favorite cake and (according to my whole family) it tasted just like when my grandma used to make it. It took me 5 hours but I did it.
