A 32 piece cake – white chocolate pistachio ganache and creme patisserie with dark chocolate chunks. I rarely make cakes with two types of cremes but this time the client wanted something different.
It was a huge challenge for me to model the horses. To be honest, I bought two molds, but none of then was 3D, so I had to model the horses myself. Then they were paint brushed and placed on the cake.
