So one of my good friends asked me to make a cake. This is my 3rd fondant cake…and I had just finished the Wilton Course 4 – Advanced Gum Paste Flowers – so yes, I have been on a “flower-making” binge…so what to do with my “Stargazer Lilies”…

So, here is the cake and it was served at the Montage in Laguna Beach, CA…look how they dressed up my cake and plated it :)

Oh yes…he rec’d a “yes” for the proposal…
