Chicken Chow Mein with Chicken Satay Cake!!!

I came up with the crazy mad idea to create this cake for the most supportive bakers partner EVER!
I kept asking myself the question…“what cake do you cake for a man who has seen every single style, shape, flavour, design and colour of cake go out the door?”

Well it had to be something I hadn’t done before…and it had to be something extra special…something he liked.
Then BING! I came up with the idea! He loves good food, and when in need of a takeaway his first port of call would always be to his favourite Chinese takeaway to order a chicken Satay and Chicken Chow Mein :)
So what better way to get to my mans heart than through his stomach eh!
