Castle Cake

This castle cake is probably my favorite of all time. I made it for my daughter’s high school softball team banquet. It took the equivalent of 15 boxes of cake mix, 60 pounds of fondant, 4 dozen eggs, and pounds and pounds of buttercream. Plus some chocolate molding in there too.

The flavors in the multiple tiers were (1) chocolate/mint chip, (2) vanilla/chocolate marble, (3) orangesicle, and (4) French vanilla.
