I had the most fun making this cake compared with any cake I’ve made before! The bride gave me free reign on the design (music to a decorator’s ear), she let me know her colours and theme and I went for it! I’ll never forget her reaction when she saw her cake for the first time; it truly made my day :)

I love creating texture in cakes and this is what I have tried to achieve here; with each tier decorated differently, yet with common elements running throughout.
