This “princess” themed cake was created and donated by me to “The Princess Ball” fundraiser (fundraiser to help Cystic Fibrosis). It is a 2 tier cake that represents a princess gown (bottom tier skirt, top tier bodice) with a topper that consists of a silver princess shoe, silver and gold roses, and a fully edible gumpaste tiara (complete with edible jewels). Both topper and cake rest on a “bed” of “snow” (sanding sugar).
