Cake is made of standard base with dark chocolate ‘ganache’ cream. Topped with choco-paste to build up the cave and host the holy family. Rest is all fondant and icing. I did all in very short time, once I decided the overall scenario :-) Cake was delicious. One of the pictures helps understanding the size of the family…never tried before so little ones :-)
