Another design for a wedding show~ 4-tiers with the tier round and bottom 3 tiers are square. Frosted in all BC with a wave pattern in icing after I first smooth out icing with very warm to hotter water until no bumps or irregular places…. gray ribbon places around base of each cake.
Beaded boarder around top edge of each tier, and base of bottom tier. White Gum paste flowers in white with jeweled brooch in side flower, and one brooch on top tier.
I DO letters placed on front of cake tier.
Again, I will get better pictures of this cake when I have time here at the shop, as the lighting was not as good at the show.. you know they lowered lighting for ambience at the show! ;)
