Top Tier: White Chocolate Mud Cake with Dark Chocolate Ganache

The bride had a clear picture in mind of what she wanted and I created it for her. I received a lovely letter from her yesterday saying she was very happy. This was my first wedding cake that I’ve made, so hopefully plenty more from here on out! :)
