This Christmas was particularly special for me because I was chosen as a ‘wild card’ for the 12 sweet blessings of Christmas. A wonderful collective of 12 Australian cake artists depicting special blessings of Christmas in cake. Organized by the talented Jacki Fanto from Blissfully Sweet in Sydney. I was super excited to win the design submission to make the cake for the blessing of ‘giving.’ The hands were sculpted directly onto the cake with hand painted scene below and words…we all have a gift to share.
