First of all…Merry Christmas everyone!
This cake was made totally in white then airbrushed and hand painted.
I hand cut the holly leaves then once coloured I added a few flecks of 23ct gold leaf for a bit of sparkle ;-)
The bust is modelling chocolate and the top/sache is fondant.
I hope you like this and enjoy seeing the few progress pictures too! Xx
