I had a blast designing this cake.
hand carved mountain, fondant airbrushed to look like natural terrain.
The trees were a new Element for me as my client didnt want a lot of fondant, so they were made from mini waffle cones and royal icing, as mh client was also allergic to buttercream.
Was requested to have chocolate bits and pieces to add rough texture.
